Diesel is a very loving boy, however, he is very partial to women. Diesel is a tiny little guy at about 7 pounds,   He would be best in a home with no children and no men.  We have not actually seen him with children but he is afraid of men.  He is very shy when he first meets you and it will take 2 - 3 days for him to warm up and then he is your new best friend.  He wants to sleep in bed, follow you around the house and sit on your lap.  He is good with other dogs and with cats.  He would do well in a home with a female who is home often.  Diesel is neutered, vaccinated and microchipped.  If you are interested in meeting or adopting him please go straight to our website and fill out the online adoption application,  


Please fill out our online application (www.fochp.org).  Once you meet the pet and decide it is the right pet for your family there is an adoption fee.  The adoption fee includes the spay/neuter, age appropriate vaccinations, de-worming, microchip, 30-day pet health insurance which you will need to order when we provide you with the number.    Our adoption fees are non-refundable so please be sure you are ready for a commitment to the pet you are interested in. Please be sure to check your spam mail if you feel you have not heard from us.

Once we receive the application, we can put you in touch with the foster home so you can schedule a time to meet the pet.  Our adoption process is pretty quick, and a lot of volunteers are involved to ensure you get a quick response.  Please…. only fill out the application if you are ready to adopt right now and have consent from all parties involved.  Once you submit the application please verify that it is received (the screen will say your application has been received) if you do not get that message it has not been submitted. – if you do not hear from us within 1 hour, we may not have received your application. 

 

Adoptions are based on Best fit/match and then 1st come 1st serve.  Please check your email regularly for a response from the foster and be prepared for the opportunity to meet the dog as soon as they can be adopted.

 

 

Please donate $5 to help save a pet's life, every cent will go to the cause.

100% of your donation will go to help save a pet's life. Of course, saving a pet's life will cost more than $5, but if 50 people give just $5, a life can be saved.

  • We are all volunteer, so no money goes to salaries.
  • We don't pay for advertising, we only use free advertising.
  • We have very, very low overhead and it's all been covered.

When you give through a lot of the large charities, 35-60% of your money goes for fundraising, advertising, overhead, etc. Your small donation can really be effective here since it will all go to help save an animal's life. Of course you can give more, but why not donate the cost of a sandwich to help save a life. Offer A Paw, Inc. is an IRS approved 501(c)(3) charitable organization dedicated to the welfare of animals. All donations are 100% tax deductible.
