Huckleberry is a 6-year-old Labrador Retriever and Great Dane mix with a heart as big as his paws. This sweet and sensitive guy is looking for a calm, adult-only home where he can truly shine as the only pet.
Huckleberry has been through training and continues to improve every day. He can be strong on leash and may react to other dogs, bikes, or skateboarders—but with structure, patience, and consistency, he’s making great strides. He’s highly treat-motivated and eager to please, which makes training a rewarding experience for the both of you.
Once Huckleberry trusts you, his affectionate, goofy side comes out. He loves to play fetch and will gladly hang out by your side once he’s comfortable. He’s looking for a confident, experienced handler who can provide the structure and support he needs to continue building confidence and becoming the best version of himself.
